Terms of service
The Service
Lorivox provides a private, English-language music-creation service. Creators can submit lyrics and creative directions, upload a WAV voice recording to create a Voice Profile, and generate or download their saved songs. Features, Providers, formats, limits, and availability may change. Public publishing, collaboration, distribution, and payments are not included.
Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are personal, require verified email, and may not be shared or transferred. Lorivox does not collect date of birth or apply an age gate. A person must nevertheless have legal capacity to agree or obtain guardian authorization where applicable. Sanctions, export controls, and local law may restrict access.
Your inputs and voice
You retain rights you hold in lyrics, directions, recordings, and other inputs, and grant Lorivox a limited license to process them to provide, secure, and support the Service. You may upload only your own voice or a voice for which you have clear authorization. Unauthorized impersonation or use of another person's voice is prohibited.
AI-generated material
ElevenLabs assists with voice and music processing. Generated material may be inaccurate, non-unique, unsuitable, or similar to other material. Lorivox does not guarantee copyrightability, registration, commercial suitability, or absence of third-party claims. Creators must review outputs and hold the rights needed for their inputs and intended use.
Acceptable use
Do not violate law or another person's rights; create deceptive impersonation, fraud, exploitation, or non-consensual material; submit unauthorized content; evade security or limits; expose credentials; scrape, resell, or interfere with the Service; or seek access to another Creator's private work.
Storage, suspension, and availability
Lorivox retains songs privately in a Creator's library while the Service account remains active. Lorivox may restrict access for security, misuse, legal obligations, or Provider requirements. The Service is offered as-is and without a service-level commitment, subject to rights that applicable consumer law does not allow Lorivox to exclude.
