Controller and contact

Lorivox is the service provider and data controller for this draft. Its legal entity, address, governing jurisdiction, and regional representatives must be confirmed before public registration opens. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@lorivox.com.

What we process

Product use may create account and authentication data, accepted agreements, lyrics and creative directions, uploaded voice recordings, Voice Profiles, generated songs, private audio metadata, and security or service-operation logs. We do not request date of birth and do not use voice material to identify or authenticate a person.

Why we process it

We process this information to authenticate and secure accounts, create Voice Profiles and songs at a Creator's request, preserve a Creator's song library, operate and troubleshoot the Service, and comply with applicable law.

Service providers

Supabase: authentication and relational product data.

Cloudflare: application delivery and private R2 audio storage.

ElevenLabs: voice-profile, music, stem, and voice-conversion processing.

Voice and song storage

Lorivox stores uploaded voice recordings privately to create and support a Voice Profile. It also stores the resulting song files and associated metadata privately so they remain available in the Creator's library while the Service account is active. We keep only the processing data needed to provide, secure, and support those features.

Retention and rights

We retain product information for as long as it is needed to provide the Service, maintain the Creator's saved songs, meet legal duties, and resolve security or support issues. Depending on location, a person may have rights to request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Lorivox does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

International processing and children

Providers may process information outside a Creator's country. Transfer safeguards and regional disclosures require final legal review. Lorivox does not apply an age gate, but the Service is not designed to solicit sensitive child data; a guardian should contact Lorivox where local law requires authorization.
